Fatmama Bakery partners with couriers for shipping of your order. Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website. Before ordering, please read the terms & conditions below:

• All of our products are on pre-order basis to ensure the freshness upon delivery/collection.
• Products fulfillment date will be announced to customers once production ends.
• Customers have the option to self collect their orders at selected area or opt for local delivery option.
• Some of our seasonal goods may not shippable due to the nature of the product. You may refer to each product’s page to see if it’s available for delivery.

* If purchase more than 1 box, we will provide 1 paper bag for every 2 boxes purchase (except for COOKIES FOR KIDS & LIMITED EDITION SERIES). Kindly let us know if you need extra paper bags as gift.
* For all postage purchase, kindly make payment 5 days before posting date. Last minute payment will cause us don’t have enough time to produce or packing, and the order will delay to the next postage date.
* Kindly inform us 3 days in advance before posting date if you need to change any receiver details. Otherwise if we already key in the details to the 3rd party posting system, additional postage fee will be incurred.

⚠️ Important Statement
Our team do our best for the parcel wrapping and packaging before we hand it over to the 3rd party postage company. We are unable to control all potential risk during the delivery process. Please take note we cannot give any warranty on this issue. Once parcel hand over to the 3rd party postage company, it is considered sold and not refundable and returnable.
